In the UK, e-cigarettes are regulated under the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations (TRPR). TRPR outlines what is required in terms of quality and safety, as well as packaging and labelling requirements to provide consumers with the information they need to make informed choices. We have worked with our compliance partner to submit successful TRPR notifications to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency and to ensure that we are compliant with all applicable regulations, codes and standards.

What is a UFI Number?

A UFI or unique formula identifier is a 16-character code printed on products that contain a hazardous mixture. The UFI would primarily be used in the event of an emergency call. For example, the UFI can be read directly from the label of a product to precisely identify the product involved in an incident.
